This hourly service is for offices looking to move into the monthly support plan. Some offices have had their IT systems neglected and require some effort to clean things up, secure, discover, and document everything.

The loaner PC, server, or printer will be provided if available. If the loaner is kept for longer than 1 month, a monthly charge will be added to your monthly service fee. Or there will be the option to purchase.

Practice in-depth network, PC, and security analysis and report
This scan will require access to your computers, server(s), network, and router. The report will only contain an analysis of each system, and any issues that need to be addressed. This service is often used to troubleshoot performance issues, or system integrity.
Note: This service does not include the cost of fixing any issues identified in this report. All issue resolutions will be covered by the Standard hourly rate.

Office email setup, configuration, and documentation
Stop using Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail email accounts for your office. I will create email accounts using the office domain you already own. I will also document how to manage the email accounts so you can easily create, suspend, and delete email users. Please note, there might be a monthly service fee per email address depending on the email provider you use. For example, if you use Google G-Suite, the fee is $6/user/month.

Backup monitoring and verification
This backup service is for offices that elect not to sign up for the monthly service, but still want to take advantage of a secure and tested backup/recovery solution. The off-site backup is saved to a secure local encrypted storage location. Because it's local, any emergency restorations can be done within hours, not days.
*Recovery is defined as getting your data back in in your possession. Recovering your data back to production-ready would require the standard hourly service charge. Please ask for an estimate if you require production recovery.
Monthly (ACH or credit card only): $125
Support requests without a monthly service plan
Minimum of 1 hour per request.
